What is Travili?
Travili is a local and international peer-to-peer community of shoppers and travellers.
Travili (travel and Bili ‘to purchase’) connects shoppers (who request an order) and travellers (who buy, bring, or deliver the order request). Plus you can be both!
Who are Travili's shoppers and travellers?
In Travili, you can be a shopper, traveller or both!
Shoppers can be a customer, buyer, requester, a person who makes a request and creates order.
Travellers can be a driver, seller, rider, a person who fulfills the order and creates an offer.
What methods of payment does Travili accept?
Payments will be arranged between the shopper and traveller. Online payments within Travili app will be supported at a later stage as part of Travili's roadmap.
Depending on shopper and travellers’ agreement, shoppers are encouraged to pay travellers only when an order request has been fulfilled.

Does Travili work in my country?
Anyone can sign-up on Travili's platform. We are serving the Philippines, Singapore and Australia at this stage.
More locations will be enabled as we roll things out!
How do I sign-up?
Access Travili mobile and desktop app via https://app.travili.co and sign-up for FREE.
Travili validates the authenticity of the user for security purposes.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Travili only deals with verified users to ensure the security of both shopper and traveller.
What is a Traveller Reward?
Traveller reward is the amount that shoppers are willing to pay the traveller for buying, preparing and delivering their order.
Travili recommends 15% of the order's total price as the minimum traveller reward. This is to give better chance of engagement from the traveller and to compensate for their time and effort.
Travellers have the option to accept the traveller reward or ask for a higher amount.
Please be fair and considerate in dealing with traveller rewards.
How do Travili users communicate with each other?
Shoppers and travellers are encouraged to use the Chat to know and discuss more about the order and offer.
Both users should keep each other updated for any changes on their order and offer.
As a Shopper or Traveller, user can communicate via Chat icons or buttons within the app.
What is a Shopper's Order?
Shopper's order is a request created by the shopper that can be fulfilled by a traveller. It can be a Pabili, Pasuyo or Pasabay. To know more, visit: https://travili.co/pabili-pasuyo-pasabay
Order request can be from any of the following categories:
- Food and Drinks- Fruits and Vegetables- Mobile, Electronics and Gadgets- Clothing, Shoes and Accessories- Health and Beauty- Office and school supplies- Household Supplies- Animal and Pet Supplies- Others
What is a Traveller's Offer?
Traveller's offer is the fair amount that the traveller seeks in return for buying, preparing and delivering the shopper's order.
What items are not allowed to be ordered?
Prohibited items such as and not limited to:
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons
- Ammunitions
- Large amount of cash
- Endangered animals
- Products deemed unlawful, etc.
It's the responsibility of the Shopper and Traveller to take precautionary measures whenever they make any dealings under Travili's platform. Always research first what local and international border restrictions are enforced in each country.

Can I rate and give feedback?
Ratings and feedbacks increase confidence in dealing with the users within the Travili platform. It is strongly advised that you exercise due diligence in dealing with your shopper and traveller. You can rate and give feedback to your shopper and traveller if an interaction took place. And can be viewed through user's profile.

How to shop in Travili?
1) Shop by posting your PABILI, PASUYO or PASABAY order
Let travellers know what you want by posting your order in Travili.
You need to enter details such as order name, order image, order price, order description, and traveller reward. The more specific the better.
2) CHAT and let travellers make an OFFER
You have the ability to chat the travellers within the Travili platform. It is important to keep your traveller updated at all times.
For security purposes, we advise that all communications be done within the Travili platform.Discuss your order and agree with the Traveller Reward.
3) Choose and accept traveller’s OFFER By accepting traveller’s offer, you made sure that you reached out to your Traveller, you agree to your traveller’s offer, and all important details have been properly communicated.
4) Receive the order and pay your traveller Agree to meet up with your traveller and receive your order. It is important that you check your order carefully once you receive it. Confirm that you received your order in Travili platform. Rate your traveller and provide feedback.Pay your traveller. It is strongly advised that you exercise due diligence when dealing with your traveller.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellation is allowed ONLY if you haven’t accepted the traveller's offer.
However, if you’ve already accepted a traveller offer and you need to cancel due to unforeseen reasons, chat with your traveller first. Travellers need to agree and cancel their offer in the platform. Once the traveller cancels the offer, you can now cancel your order too.
Note: Cancelling an order may affect your ratings and feedback.
My order hasn’t received an offer yet. What should I do?
FIND MY TRAVELLER option is available within the Travili platform.
It will list potential travellers for your order and you can message them directly through the platform.

- 1) Heading somewhere? CREATE a TRIP or search for the order request you can complete in Travili.
- 2) Chat and make an OFFER to Shopper's order
- Instantly make an offer or message first the shopper about the PABILI, PASUYO or PASABAY order you want to complete.
- Discuss the order and the amount of traveller offer.
- Let the shopper accept your offer.
3) Prepare and bring Shopper’s order Purchase, pack, and bring shopper’s order. Purchase the item at your convenient location then pack and bring accordingly to the shopper. 4) Meet the shopper and get paid. Confirm that you completed the order request in Travili platform. Rate your shopper and provide feedback. Travili recommends meeting your shopper and personally deliver the order. Shopper must pay the order's total price and agreed traveller reward offer. It is strongly advised that you exercise due diligence when dealing with your shopper.
How can I search for orders to fulfil?

- From the traveller dashboard, you can search for product/s based on location. It will list the orders you can fulfil.
- From the traveller dashboard, “Shopper’s Order” will be populated with orders that correspond to your upcoming trip.
What do I need to know before creating an OFFER?
Carefully check the order details (order price, description, size, quantity, and traveller reward). It is. recommened to chat with the shopper for any clarifications.

Ideally, you will get paid when the shopper receives the order item and gives the money to you.
